SCHOOL COUNCIL
The School Council meet regularly to discuss school issues. The headteacher, Mr. Thomas, is often called to meetings to discuss some of the projects and schemes that the children would like to introduce. So far the children have introduced a playground toy scheme and soap dispensers in the toilets!!
On January 22nd the School Council visited the Senedd in Cardiff Bay and were given a tour of the building by AM Mr. Christ Franks. They visited the inner chamber and even sat in on a very heated debate about cycle paths!!!
The trip was rounded off by a well deserved tea break in a local cafe!
Y4 - My Manifesto
Please vote for me because I will be trustworthy. Even if I don't like your idea and it's sensible I will still mention it in the meeting. I will try to let you have your say and I will also be loyal! So please vote for me!
Y6 - My Manifesto
Please vote for me because I am kind and thoughtful and I get on with people. If you vote for me I will try to get bike sheds introduced so we can cycle to school. I will try to get more wet break toys for the whole school and also football posts and nets. I am a good listener and I will bring up all of your ideas in our meetings.
