Gardening Club

At Murch Junior School the children have the opportunity to join the Gardening Club. The Club started earlier this year, just in time for Summer! The pupils have been busy planting carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, beans, beetroot and various types of salad. There have been lots of successes so far and all the children have experienced taking home and eating their fresh and healthy produce. The Gardening Club benefits from the use of two watering butts and three composters which have been set up as a result of the Eco School's efforts.
