SCHOOL Eisteddfod - March 1st

The 1st March 2010  saw the school celebrate St.David's Day. Our annual Eisteddfod

celebrations involve the children entering lots of inter-house activities including drama, sketches, singing and dancing. This is always highly competitive but, most importantly, 'GOOD FUN'! There were year group parties in the afternoon of St. David's Day to continue the celebrations.

The Chairing of the Bard 2010

The winning poem is decided by the headteacher and the identity of the winning bard is announced in the Chairing ceremony. The ceremony is overseen by the Druids and the Flower Girls perform a dance to close the ceremony.
